Late Fee Due Date Change:
Past Due accounts must be paid before Tuesday December 30th, 2025, at 8:00 A.M. to not receive a $15.00 Late Fee Charge.
GFL Services for Garbage /Recycling:
Please put carts out on your normal pickup day. GFL will run routes a day late.

Water Rate Changes FY 24-25
On June 27th 2024 the Board of Aldermen voted to raise the Water Rates for 2024-2025 Year due to The Town of Forest City increasing the Bulk water Rates.
System rates are determined by the wholesale rate of purchased water from the supplier, the Town of Forest City Water System. The rates are set in order to provide proper return to payback the cost of wholesale water, funding for maintenance and general up-keep of the system.
The rates are reviewed on an annual basis and are subject to increase.
Rates that have changed are listed below all other rate remain the same:
