Payments online with Debit/Credit card

You may pay your bill online by clicking the link below. We accept all major card companies. Note that payments may take up to 24 hours to post.

Please follow these steps as they are very important.

  1. Click the link below and it will direct you to a site called swipe simple.
  2. Once on the site you must enter a valid phone number, email address, account number and account name.
  3. Once you have entered in all required information, card number and billing information you will then see water payments at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Please enter the amount on your bill or the amount you wish to pay. Once your payment is received it CAN NOT be undone so, please double check the amount you enter.

 

Automatic Draft from credit/debit cards

If you wish to have your payments automatically drafted each month from your debit/credit card please call into the office in order to set this up.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment stub. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill at our office address using the drop box. We accept cash, check, or money orders. Payments dropped after 5:00 P.M. or on the weekend will be collected the next business day morning.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
